Federal Impact Aid Survey Forms will be coming home soon and are due back to your child’s school no later than Wednesday, November 12. Please complete all sections of the form, including your child’s name, address, date of birth, and grade. This information helps us identify federally connected students so our district can qualify for federal funding. We have installed tablets on all the buses to assist with bus tracking reminders. To help us get the most out of the tablets and ensure you are receiving accurate and timely notifications, please go into the My Ride K-12 app and adjust your settings (see photo) and make sure to turn on these 3 features. These features are essential to getting the most out of the tablets!

She founded and leads R4R, a group that helps address the overpopulation of shelter dogs and cats by raising awareness and supporting local rescue shelters in Escambia and Santa Rosa county through cleanups, donations, and ongoing assistance. Mia is also active in several honor societies, Student Government, Mock Trial, History Club, Interact Club, Class Board, and the Raider Gem dance team. Outside of school, she participates in the local Lambda Epsilon Chi honor society (for paralegal/legal studies), Youth Diplomats, SRC Jr. Leadership, and other leadership organizations. She is a dual-enrolled student at PSC and takes AP classes at her high school. Mia is always ready to help others and her community. When she has free time, she works at her family’s business, volunteers at animal shelters, spends time with loved ones, or enjoys the beach.
