Following the bid opening process, bid tabulations with award recommendations are posted for 72 Hours in the upstairs Administrative Services conference room where the bids were opened and are also posted to the School District's website.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3) Florida Statutes, and School Board Policy 8.50(8). Rules shall constitute a waiver of proceedings. Protests shall be in the form of a written letter, no facsimiles or telegraphic protests will be allowed, and a bond, made payable to the board, in the amount equal to 5% of the contract amount or $2,000.00 whichever is greater, not to exceed $5,000.00 shall accompany the protest.
