NEW COMMUNICATIOL TOOL 25-26
We hope your summer is off to a great start! For the 25-26 school year, we will be using a district app for alerts, rooms 2-way communication with teachers, and website resources.
Beginning Sunday, June 1, we encourage you to download the SRCDS app for all communication needs. This will be your "one stop shop" for all things SRCDS!
All custodial contact information from FOCUS will be synced as we transition to our new platform.
Important Items to Note:
➡️Calls will come from your child's school or the district number (850-983-5150).
➡️Texts will come from 9099.
➡️Emails will come from your child's principal (school message) or PIO@santarosa.k12.fl.us (district message).
➡️We encourage families to remain opted in for notifications as this includes crisis communication, school closures, or other emergency alerts.
If you need to change/update your contact information or notification preferences, this is done in the FOCUS Parent Portal. Our data from FOCUS syncs each night with our communication app.
For planning purposes, we will complete an alert message using our new platform on Monday, June 2 at 5:00pm. If you do not receive this call/text/email, please reach out to PIO@santarosa.k12.fl.us so we can ensure your information has synced properly and FOCUS is up-to-date for the 25-26 school year.
Thank you for your assistance and support in increasing stakeholder communication and engagement! #SRCDS1stChoice

⭐Keeping the Dream Alive Awards ⭐
This morning, we were honored to recognize three outstanding individuals who have worked tirelessly behind-the-scenes during assessment season to ensure everything went smoothly during testing, especially for PM3. We had such a smooth testing season thanks to these folks who ensured students were correctly entered in the system, the testing platform was working, all technology was working properly, and much more! Testing can be stressful, but these individuals help to provide a stress free experience for all! Thank you for all of your hard work. It surely does not go unnoticed. ❤️
Congratulations to...
➡️Dustin Gray, Director of Information Technology Systems (ITS)
➡️Carlisle Griffin, Coordinator of Assessment
➡️Emmy Jones, Assessment Assistant
Let's hear it for these amazing educators who support our schools, staff, and students!! 🙌 #SRCDS1stChoice
