“We are deeply honored that Dr. Barber has been recognized with the North Star Award,” said Nadia Colin, Santa Rosa County District Schools Public Information and Family and Community Outreach Officer. “Her leadership, vision, and commitment to students, families, and staff serve as a guiding light in Santa Rosa County. This award reflects the meaningful, lasting impact she continues to make on education and our community in Santa Rosa County.”
