Volunteer Application (Also available is the Employee Volunteer Application for district employees volunteering at other schools.)

Application Instructions:

1. Download the PDF file (the file cannot be saved properly if filled out in the browser).

2. Open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. Fill out all pages of the form.

4. Save it.

5. Either print the number of copies needed and submit it to the front office at selected school(s) or send it as an email attachment to the selected school(s).

6. If you wish to become a Level 2 volunteer you must first  be a board approved Level 1 volunteer. Level 2 applications must be picked up from the school site.
