Welcome to Wallace Lake K-8! We’re excited to have your family join our school community. Whether you’re new to the area or transferring from another school, we’re here to help make the enrollment process smooth and stress-free.

Please have the following ready to complete your registration:

• Birth Certificate

• Custody Documentation (as needed)

• Florida School Entry Physical Exam Form

• Florida 680 Immunization Form

• Proof of Residency

• Social Security Number (Optional)

To begin the registration process, you’ll first need to create a FOCUS Parent Portal account (if you don’t already have one). This account will allow you to complete your child’s registration online.

Once you have created your FOCUS Parent Portal account and completed your student's online registration, please call to schedule an appointment for Kindergarten Screening.
