Boys & Girls Basketball
Basketball is a fast-paced, team-oriented sport that helps students develop athletic skills, strategy, and teamwork. Both our boys and girls basketball teams compete against other middle schools, with an emphasis on improving dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense. The program fosters leadership, communication, and sportsmanship on and off the court.
Cross Country
Cross Country is a great way for students to stay active and compete in a supportive environment. Our team runs races of varying distances, building endurance, stamina, and sportsmanship. Cross Country fosters a sense of community as runners cheer each other on, and athletes of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.
Girls Volleyball
Girls Volleyball combines agility, teamwork, and strategy to create an exciting and inclusive sport for students. Our volleyball team focuses on skill development, coordination, and working together to achieve team goals. From serving and passing to setting and spiking, girls learn the fundamentals of volleyball while having fun and staying active.
Spring Track
Spring Track offers students the chance to compete in a variety of events, including sprints, distance running, hurdles, and relays. Track is an excellent sport for developing speed, agility, and personal bests. Our Spring Track team encourages individual achievement within a team-focused environment, giving athletes the opportunity to compete and grow throughout the season.
Winterguard
Winterguard is a performance-based sport that blends dance, gymnastics, and flag spinning. Competing at the high school level in indoor color guard competitions, the team choreographs and performs intricate routines to music. Winterguard encourages creativity, coordination, and teamwork, offering students a chance for self-expression and building confidence through performance. Recently, the team earned the Grand Championship, demonstrating their talent and dedication.
