Middle School Clubs

Learning goes beyond the classroom. Our middle school clubs offer students the chance to explore their passions, develop leadership skills, build friendships, and be part of something special. Whether students are interested in public speaking, reading, entrepreneurship, or service, there’s a club to match every interest. Participation in clubs helps students grow in confidence, responsibility, and teamwork—all while having fun. Check out the amazing clubs we offer below!

Amazing Shake

The Amazing Shake is a professional skills club designed to help students develop confidence, communication, and etiquette in real-world scenarios. Through hands-on challenges and mock interviews, students practice handshakes, eye contact, public speaking, and problem-solving—preparing them for future success in school, career, and life.

Anchored for Life

Anchored for Life is a peer-led program that builds resilience and character while supporting students through life’s transitions. Trained student leaders provide encouragement to peers experiencing change—such as moving to a new school or navigating a difficult time—while also promoting a school culture rooted in kindness and connection.

Chess Club

Open to players of all skill levels, Chess Club encourages strategic thinking, patience, and good sportsmanship. Students meet to learn new techniques, play friendly matches, and build critical thinking skills—all while enjoying a classic game that never goes out of style.

First Priority

First Priority is a student-led club focused on building positive relationships, leadership skills, and a sense of community. It provides a welcoming space where students can support one another, discuss topics that matter to them, and engage in uplifting conversations and activities. The club encourages kindness, respect, and personal growth in a supportive environment

HOPE Squad

Hope Squad is a peer-support and suicide prevention program that empowers students to be there for one another. Members are trained to recognize signs of emotional distress, offer support, and connect classmates to trusted adults. The squad promotes kindness, awareness, and a safe, inclusive school culture.

Jr. Beta Club

Jr. Beta Club is a prestigious academic and service organization for 7th and 8th grade students who demonstrate excellence in academics, character, leadership, and service. Members participate in community service projects, school activities, and leadership opportunities that encourage personal growth and civic responsibility. Jr. Beta Club is a great way for students to be recognized for their achievements while making a positive impact on their school and community.

Leader of the Pack

The Leader of the Pack program recognizes 8th grade students who demonstrate leadership, responsibility, and positive behavior in and out of school. These students are strong role models who maintain good grades, show respect and kindness, and consistently make positive choices. They help create a supportive school community and inspire their peers to do their best. The application process opens in December and is open to 8th graders only.

Speech & Debate

Speech & Debate offers students a platform to express themselves, build confidence, and sharpen their public speaking and argumentation skills. Participants practice persuasive speaking, impromptu responses, and structured debates—preparing them to become articulate, thoughtful communicators.

SSYRA Book Club

The SSYRA (Sunshine State Young Readers Award) Book Club brings students together to explore and enjoy outstanding youth literature. Members read and discuss SSYRA-selected titles, engage in creative activities, and connect with fellow book lovers in a fun, encouraging environment.

SGA

Our SGA gives students a voice in shaping school culture through leadership and service. Elected representatives plan events, promote school spirit, and help bring student ideas to life. SGA builds responsibility, teamwork, and civic involvement among our future leaders.

Wolf Circle

Wolf Circle is an exciting club for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn ideas into action. Students explore business basics, design their own products or services, and develop leadership and innovation skills. Through creative thinking and real-world challenges, members learn what it takes to start and grow a business.
