Welcome to Wallace Lake K-8, where learning begins with curiosity, creativity, and care! We’re excited to welcome new families and returning students for an amazing school year. Below you’ll find everything you need to register your child for elementary school. Whether your child is entering Kindergarten or transferring from another school, we’re here to make the registration process easy and welcoming.

Who Should Register?

• New Kindergarten students who will be 5 years old on or before September 1.

• Students new to our district

Please have the following ready to complete your registration:

• Birth Certificate

• Custody Documentation (as needed)

• Florida School Entry Physical Exam Form

• Florida 680 Immunization Form

• Proof of Residency

• Social Security Number (Optional)

To begin the registration process, you’ll first need to create a FOCUS Parent Portal account (if you don’t already have one). This account will allow you to complete your child’s registration online.

Once you have created your FOCUS Parent Portal account and completed your student's online registration, please call to schedule an appointment for Kindergarten Screening.
