Guidance Counselor

About Me:

My name is Sarah Harrison. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida. I furthered my education at Florida State University, where I obtained a Master's degree in Family and Child Sciences.

I began my teaching career at S.S. Dixon Primary School, where I taught kindergarten for 4 years, followed by 1st grade for 3 years and 2nd grade for another 3 years. After dedicating 10 years to classroom teaching, I transitioned into instructional support roles, focusing on reading intervention and behavior support.

Recently, I returned to school to pursue a Master's degree in School Counseling at Liberty University. Currently, I am serving as the school counselor at our school, and I am excited to work with our Primary Patriots in this new capacity this year.
