Please join us in congratulating and recognizing Mrs. Kasie Windfelder as the new — and first — principal of Soundside High School, effective January 5, 2026. Most recently, Mrs. Windfelder has served as the proud Principal at Navarre High School. With a known history for high student engagement, innovation instruction, and a strong sense of school spirit, Mrs. Windfelder is the perfect person to open a new high school in Santa Rosa County!
About Soundside High School:
Opening in Fall 2026, Soundside High School will serve as our district’s newest high school, located just off Highway 98 across from the Gulf Breeze Zoo in Midway. More information about zoning and grade levels enrolling will be shared in the near future. We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Windfelder into this historic role and look forward to the incredible future ahead for Soundside High School!
