Physical Clearance Procedure:

  1. Go to AthleticClearance.com (CLICK HERE) and create a player account for 2025-2026 school year.

  2. Complete EL2 form (CLICK HERE) using updated 2025 form

  3. Make sure page 4 of the EL2 (physical) is signed and dated by the Physician, Parent and Student. This is the ONLY page of the EL2 you need to scan and upload. 

  4. Complete the Off-Campus form 2025-2026 and have notarized

  5. Complete the Santa Rosa Pre-Participation Physical Form 2025-2026 (CLICK HERE) and have it notarized

  6. If you have moved into the school district and will be attending Pace High School for the first time or live outside the school district complete a GA4 form (CLICK HERE)

    You will receive the confirmation page once completed.  Failure to complete all steps will delay your son or daughter from Participating in Athletics at Pace High School. 


Attending Games at PHS

All tickets for regular season events at PHS can be purchased via the S2 app. Visit GOOGLE PLAY or APPLE STORE to download the app.

Please be sure to purchase your ticket(s) prior to arrival.

If you don't have a smartphone, you can also purchase your tickets from the S2 Pass fan website and print out your tickets to present at the gate.
