Mrs. Kacie Reaves

Principal

I am excited to get to be a part of the great things that are happening at W. H. Rhodes Elementary School every day!  I have had the privilege of working in the Santa Rosa County School District for over two decades.  I have served as a teacher, a dean, an assistant principal, and a principal.  I have had the honor of serving as the principal at Rhodes since 2020.  Our Mission mirrors the mission of the Santa Rosa County School District’s Mission, to Love, Educate, and Prepare ALL students for graduation and a successful future.  This mission is alive and well at W. H. Rhodes Elementary School!

Additionally, our faculty and staff hold to three simple but powerful beliefs to guide our work:

  • We believe that our current realities do not determine our future.

  • We believe our students desire and deserve to be challenged.

  • We believe that our investments matter because our students are more than data points; they have the capability to learn and grow!

Our desire is that our students develop the skills necessary for a lifetime of learning and growing into responsible, productive members of our community.  To increase the degree of educational success, it is vital that the faculty and staff, students, and families work together as a team with open communication and mutual respect and support.

I look forward to working with our families to make our goals our realities!

Mrs. Theresa Reilly

Assistant Principal

I am overjoyed and honored to be a part of the Rhodes Elementary Jr. Panther family as the Assistant Principal. I have been a teacher, mentor, and educational leader in Santa Rosa County for nearly three decades.  I started my career at Navarre High School in 1997, then moved to Santa Rosa Online to serve as the testing coordinator and then eventually an administrative intern. I have two sons who also proudly attend one of Santa Rosa County’s intermediate schools.

It is my pleasure to serve the Rhodes community, students, teachers, and parents to support Mrs. Reaves in maintaining a positive climate and culture that supports the needs of all our students.  I firmly believe every child can succeed and the relationship between home and school builds trust and self-esteem in students. I look forward to sharing the dedication of this exceptional school community in caring for our Jr. Panthers every day, while providing them with a safe, meaningful learning environment that promotes mental, social, and academic growth.

I look forward to meeting and working with you this year!

Parents and Guardians count! Your involvement will show your children that you value their education. Let's work together.
