As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are conducting a survey in partnership with Studer Education to monitor our progress in creating a positive school experience for you and your child(ren). Your feedback is crucial in helping us identify areas for recognition and improvement.
The survey will ask you to select the school your child(ren) attends. Once you complete the survey for one school, you will have the option to provide feedback on another school, if you have a child at another school in the district. Providing feedback to each school should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to complete it in one sitting, as your responses will be saved once you click submit.
The Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey can be accessed here:
• Santa Rosa County District Schools - Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey
• QR Code link:
The survey is scheduled for 2/17/2026 through 3/13/2026.
To maintain confidentiality of the Parent/Caregiver Survey, our partners at Studer Education will be administering the survey, managing the data collection, and aggregating the data to provide results reports to leaders.
Thank you for your partnership,
Tim Short

Thursday, February 26th at 6:00 in the Media Center, we will be hosting an Accelerated Learning night for Milton High School. If your student is interested in Advanced Placement or Dual Enrollment classes for the upcoming school year, this is the event to attend. We will discuss entrance requirements and the benefits of both programs. In addition, representatives from our Advanced Placement classes, as well as from Pensacola State College and our Dual Enrollment program will be present to answer any questions you may have. We hope to see everyone there.
Have a great evening and go Panthers

We are planning for the event to be available to 200 juniors and seniors during the first hour (2:30-3:30 pm) and then open to the rest of the student body, their family members, and the general public from 3:30 until 4:30 pm. Registration is free and an 8-ft table and two chairs will be provided for each business.
Please see the flyer for the Registration QR Code or you can visit https://bit.ly/MHSJCF2026Registration to register. If you have questions, please contact Gray Weaver at 850-983-5600 ext 3339. Thank you!

Registration for next school year is coming up next week. For parents and students to feel prepared, we have uploaded the Curriculum Guide and Registration Cards to the MHS webpage, www.mhs.santarosaschools.org, under Guidance and Registration. Please look over these documents and begin to talk with your students about course selection for next year. The guidance counselors will visit each grade level this week to go over the registration process and February 17th is Registration Day. On February 17th, students will receive their registration card in their 1st period and will take it to each class and get teacher recommendations for the classes requiring those. At the end of the day, students will take their registration card home, get it signed, and return it to the 1st period teacher on Wednesday. Then, after Spring Break, the guidance counselors will meet with all students one-on-one to review course selections, review progress towards graduation and to finalize schedule selections for next year. If you have any questions regarding course selection for next year, please contact your student’s guidance counselor or complete the form on the school’s website or, https://forms.office.com/r/jpG6xEAPTR
Have a great evening and Go Panthers!
