PBIS

Do you know your student's house color?
The balloons have been popped and your child is now a part of "Bulldogs in the House"! This is our PBS (Positve Behavior Support) system. Our system consists of students, faculty, and staff placed into four "Houses". Students will remain in their houses until graduating from Bagdad Elementary School. Although the ultimate goal is promoting love of school and learning, houses will compete against each other earning points! The points have the potential to earn various rewards. Students will be awarded points for academics, behavior, attendance, and community service . We have high expectations and are looking forward to improvements in the following areas:
Enhancing School Pride
Promote social /emotional growth and wellness
Interaction among grade levels for all involved
Student leadership
Faculty / Staff leadership
Variety of activities for student participation
Mentorship (staff and students)
Promote essential motivations for behavior and attendance
Community Involvement / Partnerships
Increase Parent Involvement
Increase Student Achievement
